EDM: The Movement Vortex (ONLINE) 

Enter with the raw materials and leave with inspired fusion 

This is a new, online offering that will evolve your perception of movement and what is possible within your own practice. In this 2 series workshop, bring your body, your intuition and your physical practice needs, throw them into the vortex and participate in reconstructing an intelligent and integrative amalgam into one flow that captures the essence of each participant’s needs, with efficiency, creativity, inspiration and intention. You will then have one week to practice the creative flow, adapt it to your rhythm, insight and intuition, and then return again for refinement, revision, evolution and expansion, until you have revealed the right practice for yourself. 

It is recommended to attend both Zoom sessions to get the most out of this challenge. Session 2 is only available to those who have done Session 1. You bring the raw materials, enter the vortex as a collective and leave with an inspired fusion of movement that is playful, intentional, intelligent and tailored to your capacity.

No experience is necessary, however active participation, an open mind and curiosity are required.

HOW

We will meet online via Zoom for these sessions. Following your registration, a Zoom ID and password will be emailed to you.

RECORDINGS

Recordings will be available for participants who attend live, for 7 days following each session. Unfortunately you cannot attend by recordings only as this is an interactive workshop.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR THESE SESSIONS?

You will need space to move, approximately 2-3 yoga mat widths if possible (no mat necessary). You will also need to think about what are your needs for your physical practice? Do you want more flow? Do you want more alignment? More flexibility? Strength? Coordination? Animalistic Movement? Rhythm? Locomotion? Mobility? Efficiency? Etc...come with anything and we will create together!
