Objective of Supawell Summer Camp:
To cultivate focus, concentration, coordination, strength, flexibility, self confidence, creativity and playfulness
At the end of the camp, your child will:
be more aware of their emotions, learn to release and express their feelings better
develop body and spatial awareness
enhance left/right brain flexibility
build resilience and confidence through movement
learn to bring themselves back when they are in fight, flight or freeze mode
practise self-love and acceptance of themselves
improve coordination and posture
