Every Saturday morning, we are taking Alliyana Movement outdoors in Alaro, Mallorca. In these sessions, we explore the concept of EMBODIED THERAPEUTICS - a sub style of Alliyana Movement that uses an interplay of gentle movements, stretches, mobility, meridian knowledge and bioenergetics to open and align the physical and energetic forms.

It is festival season! Join us for the first Yoga del Mar Spirit Festival in Mallorca with yoga, meditation, ecstatic dance, live music, ceremonies, workshops, wisdom talks, massages, healthy food, local products, art, community and a special luxurious camping experience!

The monthly mini camps offer an opportunity for your children to experiment with their developing parkour skill set in a different environment. We will use their parkour vocabulary to develop unique flows and adapt to changes in the urban setting as we explore other parts of Mallorca. Offered once monthly on Sundays.
