During the spring break, we offer a unique opportunity for kids to engage daily in a mindful movement camp, through the urban landscape of Palma, that uses elements of Parkour to encourage body awareness, physical conditioning, playfulness and mindfulness. 6-8 April 2026. Spaces limited.

The monthly mini camps offer an opportunity for your children to experiment with their developing parkour skill set in a different environment. We will use their parkour vocabulary to develop unique flows and adapt to changes in the urban setting as we explore other parts of Mallorca. Offered once monthly on Sundays.

Every Tuesday & Saturday mornings, we are taking Alliyana Movement outdoors in Alaro, Mallorca. As these sessions are outside and often in the grass, we explore an interplay of gentle movements, stretches, mobility, meridian knowledge and bioenergetics to open and align the physical and energetic forms.

We are fortunate to have a guest coach with us again from Denmark, Ilir Hasani, a well known Parkour Athlete & Stuntman from Denmark! 1 - 5 April 2024. Spaces limited.

In these monthly deep dives, practitioners can expect to learn the principles and practice of Alliyana Movement. Sessions are in person, at Earth Yoga in Mallorca.
