BUILDING AN INTELLIGENT PRACTICE

Curating one’s own intelligent practice using playfulness, physical conditioning, mobility and alignment. Within this series, participants would gain a better understanding of their physical body and how to design a personal practice that is intense, efficient and non-stressful. Each session will include 15 min of discussion, Q&A and 75min of practice.

The class theme changes weekly. All classes in this series will also be different from the in-person series offered in July, and are different to classes offered last year.

Sessions will be recorded and available for viewing for 7 days.

RATES
$ 40 SGD for 1 class
$ 70 SGD for 2 classes (@35/ea)
$ 120 SGD for 4 classes (@30/ea)
Payments accepted by PayPal, TransferWise, PayNow or PayLah

Though the classes in this series are not progressive, it will be beneficial to attend all.
