Every Tuesday & Saturday mornings, we are taking Alliyana Movement outdoors in Alaro, Mallorca. As these sessions are outside and often in the grass, we explore an interplay of gentle movements, stretches, mobility, meridian knowledge and bioenergetics to open and align the physical and energetic forms.
The monthly mini camps offer an opportunity for your children to experiment with their developing parkour skill set in a different environment. We will use their parkour vocabulary to develop unique flows and adapt to changes in the urban setting as we explore other parts of Mallorca. Offered once monthly on Sundays.
