Learning to communicate through movement with trust, feeling, giving and receiving 

How do you speak and listen through movement? In this workshop, we will experiment with how we communicate non verbally, developing trust within ourselves and our environment, and circulating between giving and receiving. This session will use partner work, original movement forms and contact improvisation.
