Parkour is a training discipline that uses the environment as a playground, aiming to get from one structure to another using precision, coordination, flexibility, strength and mobility. It is a wonderful practice for children to inspire coordination, strength, confidence, risk assessment and mindfulness.
Currently Daniel offers sessions in Mallorca at two locations, for two different age groups. No experience is necessary. In order to keep a safe ratio of students to coach, we limit the classes to 10 children each. Registration is required before joining.
