‘Alliyana’, derived from the Quechua language of South America, means to heal, cure or recover. Alliyana Movement, founded by Daniel Sonic Rojas, is a unique art form that presents simple, yet powerful forms of movement to evolve and heal our connection to our body and spirit. This integrative and holistic practice helps to move energy along meridian channels, clear toxins and stagnant energy, prevent and rehabilitate injuries, and to bring creativity and inspiration to one’s movement practice through dynamic, playful, healing & mindful movement.
In these monthly deep dives, practitioners can expect to learn the principles and practice of Alliyana Movement both on and off the yoga mat.

Animan is takes a holistic approach to creating strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination, balance and alignment in the body. This dynamic practice uses locomotive and mobility training and animalistic movements to develop an intelligent form of conditioning for the body and mind. Working from the inside out, Animan gives important emphasis to embodying the quality of animalistic movements as a means of going beyond mechanics and connecting more deeply to mobility and muscular function, targeting the whole body. Animan is a complete physical conditioning training that works with progressive exercises, unique flows, and creative animalistic movements in order to move with grace, confidence and totality.
