Children

Daniel has been sharing children’s mindful movement curriculums using the framework of Alliyana Movement, for several years with astonishing results that show significant increases in self-esteem, presence, emotional awareness and body awareness.

These programs largely use a variety of movement techniques, including PARKOUR, to cultivate body connection, concentration, coordination, strength, flexibility, self confidence, agility, creativity and playfulness.

By eliminating competition and, instead, using the elements of play and collaborative games, children learn to cultivate creativity, imagination and mindfulness of their bodies, emotions and environments.
